Isla Mia Boutique Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped everyday from Monday-Friday after 12:00pm ET so your package arrives as early as possible! <3

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States mainland using USPS.
Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Isla Mia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

At Isla Mia, each piece is carefully selected, and we want you to feel just as happy when receiving it.

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to accept exchanges or offer store credit if:

• It is returned within 14 days
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
